We continue revisiting previously released Morning Meditation episodes — creating space to listen again, linger longer, and notice what God may be speaking through familiar words.
This week we return to Psalm 16, where we are invited to discover God as our refuge, our security, and our chosen portion.
In this meditation, you are gently guided to consider what refuge truly means. Not simply escape from difficulty, but a place of safety, comfort, and deep belonging in the presence of God.
As you listen, you are invited to slow down.
To notice what you run toward when life feels uncertain.
To reflect on the places you seek comfort, security, and peace.
Because true refuge is not found in circumstances or control.
It is found in the steady presence of God.
“Lord, you alone are my inheritance, my cup of blessing.
You guard all that is mine.”
— Psalm 16:5
Refuge is a place of security, safety, and comfort. What does that look like for you? Let’s go there now and seek the One who is our refuge.
