We continue revisiting previously released Morning Meditation episodes — creating space to listen again, linger longer, and notice what God may be speaking through familiar words.
This week we return to Psalm 9, where we are invited to reflect on our desire to be in control — to make things right, to fix what feels broken, to carry what was never ours to hold.
In this meditation, you are gently guided to release the need to manage outcomes and instead place your trust in a God who sees it all.
As you listen, you are invited to slow down.
To notice where you are striving.
To consider what it might look like to let go… and let God be God.
There is a deeper truth waiting here:
God’s justice is not absent.
His timing is not rushed.
His care is not diminished by His power.
God’s grandness never overshadows His care and love for you.
“The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble.”
— Psalm 9
