We continue revisiting previously released Morning Meditation episodes — creating space to listen again, linger longer, and notice what God may be speaking through familiar words.
This week we return to Psalm 7, where David pours out his indignation and cries out to God as his refuge. In this meditation, you are invited to bring your own frustrations, questions, and sense of injustice honestly before the Lord — trusting that He sees, He hears, and He judges rightly.
As you listen, you are invited to move slowly.
To release what feels unfair.
To notice where your heart is longing for refuge and defense.
There is space here for your honest prayer.
On this Good Friday, we remember Jesus — the only truly innocent One — who was accused, condemned, and crucified. What looked like injustice and silence was not the end of the story.
God is a refuge for the wronged.
A defender of the innocent.
A righteous judge who sees all.
“My shield is God Most High,
who saves the upright in heart.”
— Psalm 7:10 NLT
