We continue revisiting previously released Morning Meditation episodes — creating space to listen again, linger longer, and notice what God may be speaking through familiar words.
This week we return to Psalm 4, a prayer that invites us to bring our worries, frustrations, and restless thoughts honestly before God.
In this meditation, you are invited to pause, reflect, and listen for God’s gentle invitation to trust Him with what troubles your heart. The psalm reminds us that even in seasons of uncertainty or distress, God hears our prayers and provides a peace that steadies our souls.
As you listen, move slowly.
Notice what rises within you.
Pay attention to the places where you may be holding tension, fear, or longing.
God’s presence meets us there.
“In peace I will lie down and sleep,
for you alone, O Lord,
will keep me safe.”
— Psalm 4:8 NLT
