We continue revisiting previously released Morning Meditation episodes — creating space to listen again, linger longer, and notice what God may be speaking in familiar words.
This week we return to Psalm 3, where David cries out to God in the middle of overwhelming trouble and discovers that God is both his protector and his rescuer.
In this meditation, you are invited to pause, reflect, and listen for God’s words of rescue spoken into the places where you may feel surrounded, discouraged, or weary.
As you listen, move slowly.
Notice what stirs in your heart.
Pay attention to the places where you need God’s help, protection, or peace.
The One who sustains you through the night is the same One who lifts your head and leads you forward.
“From the Lord comes deliverance.
May your blessing be on your people.”
— Psalm 3:8 NLT
